MyCalls Desktop Lite is a CTI based application that enhances a user’s telephony experience. Features such Answer, Hang up, Transfer, Hold are available at the click of a mouse. Users can create 10 custom buttons that can be used to the display extension status or speed dials. Dialling numbers is made easy through Address Books and the Highlight and Dial feature. Desktop users can also see a mini wall board showing the number of calls they have handled and see lists of calls they have made. Furthermore it’s possible to screen pop Microsoft Outlook®, giving you instant access to important caller information when answering the phone.

MyCalls Desktop Lite comes free as part of SV9100 system packages and runs for up to 512 users. The end users telephony experience is enhanced, increasing productivity for any business.

Presence
Desktop Lite free version supports up to 10 users Presence. The full version supports 512 users Presence gives users the ability to share with co-workers where they are and in they are available to take a telephone call. Different default presence states are available such as ‘In the Office’, ‘Away from Desk’, ‘Out the Office’, ‘At Lunch’, ‘Off Sick’ and ‘On Holiday.’ When these different presence states are selected the user can determine where calls are delivered to. As an example, if you are in the office, calls can be delivered to your usual extension, if you are in a meeting you can forward your extension to voicemail and if you are out of the office you could forward calls to your mobile. Presence can also detect keyboard and mouse activity so for example it can be configured to set you as being away from your desk if there is no keyboard or mouse activity for a period of time.
Presence can be set using the through either the MyCalls application, MyCalls Desktop application or using the Outlook Plugin.
